• There are two types of hot stamping film locating:【photoelectric positioning】and【color sensor positioning】, the hot stamping can be also used in color laser label(hologram security label).

  • The position accuracy of hot stamping is ±0.3mm.

• The height of the platform can be adjusted and the height scale is equipped. 

• The up-and-down height can be adjusted by handwheel in a wide range.

• When the mobile sliding platform moves forward, the operator can place the material by a safe way to keep a distance from the hot printing area of the machine. The steps can keep workers safe.

• 7.0 inch color touch screen 65536 color TFT:

  • The stamping temperature can be controlled and displayed clearly by setting on a digital touch screen.

  • The whole area of the machine are marked with the position of each sensor for the function of the input and output.

  • The human-computer interface can disply the abnormal alarm marquee which helps the workers of the production line to eliminate abnormal conditions quickly.

  • When the air pressure is insufficient and detected by the electronic air pressure sensor, the alarm will display and shut down the machine automatically.

  • The number of the consuming time of the silicone rubber pad can be set by a human-computer interface. The platform will automatically stop with the alert after it reaches the limit.

• The hot stamping machine is equipped with a human-computer interface and a digital touch screen. The functions can be added or modified easily with the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

  • The screen displays the stamping temperature and the consuming time which can be stored in its formula page for your permanent reference. The parameters can be directly imported for the same material by the next production.    

• Built-in 2 languages of Traditional Chinese and English. The interface can be easily switched to select the language.

• IOT(Internet of Things) production monitoring - including the intelligent factory APP Built in smart bar chart, production data displayed by graphs in the past 30 days.
