Seiko Printing Inks -- Universal use in pad and screen printing inks for a variety of substrates
-
Series 1000:The series 1000 is a family of two-component reaction epoxy bsed inks having equal performace for printing on a variety of materials including aluminum, metalic coat, stainless steel, melamine, phenol resin, treated olefin-type resin, glass, and ceramics, etc. requiring resistance against acids, alkalines, solvents, and friction. The mixing ratio of the standard color - Ink: Hardener = 70: 30 (by weight).Baking at 80℃: 40 minutes.Baking at 120℃: 20 minutes.Yellowing may result, however, when a white ink in this series is baked at temperature over 100℃.

Series 1300:The series 1300 is a family of epoxy based inks for printing on metal, metalic coat, and glass where high adhesion power and resistance against chemicals are required. The series 1300 consists of one-component type epoxy inks that are dried by baking. Epoxy resin is easily affected by moisture leading to chalking, especially when used for outdoors application like signboards, direction signs, etc.The series 1300 contain a catalyst (to promote curing) for reducing the baking time but its effects may be weakened for some colors due to the influence of fresh air or with the passage of time.Baking at 150℃: 30 minutes
-
Series VIC:The series VIC is a family of two-component reaction urethane inks that dry more quickly than other two-component reaction inks. They feature outstanding adhesion, good moisture and solvent resistance. The application fields are treated PP and PE, coating surfaces (especially urethane coats), ABS, acrylic, PVC, nylon cloths, etc.The mixing ratio is, Ink: Hardener = 100: 10 (by weight). After the potlife of 6-8 hours, the mixture will turn into gel or lose its properties. It is economical to mix only necessary amount and use them up at a time.Set to touch in 30 minuste at room temperature (25℃); 5 minutes by forced curing at 60℃. Hard-dry in 2 days at room temeperature; 20 minutes by forced curing at 80℃.
