This custom pad printing machine consists of No. 1 machine with odd-numbered jig and No. 2 machine with even-numbered jig, which can print single color and dual color individually. The whole machine is dust-proof and has a HEPA filter 0.3um 99.99% 0.12um99.999%. The exclusive patented  ink scraping/doctoring mechanism is adopted, patent number M311585 (ink scraping by individual dual axis, springs absorb the cliche tolerance, and adjustable cylinder pressure). Printing effect is great.

Adopt suction feeding and suction discharging - 20 contact lens tubes can be preloaded, which saves manpower. The impressions and other printing parameter of any machine can be set individually. The pad printing machine adopts a 10 inches HMI (65536 color TFT touch panel); large screen is easy to operate. With pressing registration mechanism, electrostatic dust removal device, and pad cleaning mechanism to remove the ink from pad while reaching the set impressions value, the good printing quality can be maintained.
