Efficient production

• 22 independent stations: Equipped with 22 separate workstations, which significantly reduces preparation time for pad printing and the time needed for handling workpieces, thereby greatly increasing production efficiency.

• Linear over-under conveyor system: The conveyor belt, resembling a tank track structure, advances with an up-and-down rotating motion to facilitate continuous printing. Compared to oval round table that transfer objects horizontally, the tank conveyor belt has no restrictions at corners, allowing it to handle larger and longer printing objects.

• Equipped with ink cups of 60mm diameter, the same machine body can be accommodated to 4 ink cups to serve as a 4-color pad printer.

Precise control

• Automatic spraying mechanism: Automatically sprays primer or alcohol. Features a digital quantitative dispensing machine, stainless steel pressure tank, and spray valve. The spray time can be set to ensure precise control.

• Adjustable wiping mechanism: The wiping speed is adjustable. Provide even application of primer or surface cleaning. This enhances ink adhesion and saves labor.

• Pressure-regulating ink scraping system: Patented pressure-regulating ink scraping design (No. M311585) allows you to easily adjust the ink cup scraping pressure to improve printing quality.

Improve drying efficiency

• Blowing station: Cold air blowing accelerates solvent drying, with adjustable blowing time.

• Hot air device: Equipped with a hot air device (blower) that the hot air temperature can be set to accelerate the drying speed of the object after printing.
