RUCO series T28 PAD PRINTING INK

The series T28 ink is one of the pad printing inks series that is suitable for printing on glass, ceramics, metal, and lacquered surfaces, etc. The application fields include cosmetic industries, glass decoration. This glossy, physically drying and chemical reactive pad printing ink exhibits good mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as a good flexibility. A special product test is recommended prior to production.

Characteristics　

This opaque, glossy ink performs good resistance against scratches, abrasion, and physically drying as well as high lightfastness, watertight, weather resistance, and mechanical dishwashing resistance.

Curing Conditionss

The series of 110GK inks are physically drying through the evaporation of solvent within 15 min. at 20°C (grip dry). This physical drying will be accelerated at 70 – 80°C during 2 – 3 minutes. While multi-colour printing we recommend an intermediate drying process by infrared lamps or hot air blower.
