The screen printing machine is equipped with indexing table with 4 stations, air suction jig (blower), and independent HMI for easy operation. The up and down of the screen stencil is controlled digitally. The lifting height can be set by HMI. The discharging arm automatically picks up and discharges the objects when the printing is completed. The operation is fast, stable, and quiet.

500 stroke screen printer with carousel by 4 stations.
Suction device (blower) with jigs is to fix objects.
- The suction time can be set and adjusted according to the needs.
The HMI is independent, which can be turned left and right for easy operation.
- The screen printing machine adopts 7" HMI (65536 color TFT touch interface). Built-in 5 languages, traditional Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Thai.
- With I/O (input/output), each sensor location is shown in whole area of the machine.
- With electronic air pressure sensing, the device will alarm automatically for insufficient air pressure.
- The usage count of squeegee or screen stencil can be set. When the set value is reached, the device will stop and notice automatically.
- Adopt PLC that the functions is easy to add or modify.
With magnetic squeegee clip (Patent No. M390871), the squeegee position can be slided easily and is simple to adjust the position, assemble and disassemble.
The up and down of the screen stencil is controlled digitally. The lifting height can be set by HMI.
This screen printing machine adopts pneumatic squeegee set to up and down linearly, which is convenient to clean and assemble and disassemble quickly.
Automatic discharging arm.
