• Material: PC + ABS textured surface

• Material size: 9*9.5cm

• Picture flower size: Ø1.93cm

• Printing color: four colors (white, blue, red and yellow)

• Machine used: FC-162ACC Two-color Mobile Platform Pad Printer

• Ink: RUCO T200 series

• Solvent: Thinner fast

• Printing pad number: FC-21

• Printing pad hardness: 10%

Effect of Printing Pad:

• For textured patterns, using a harder printing pad can avoid the print to be deformed
• Since the artwork is a solid color and there is no gap in the middle, it is better to choose a pointed printing pad for better ink deposit, meanwhile, a pointed printing pad is not suitable for printing on the center of the artwork due to potential risk of void print, on the other hand, bigger model is recommended
• Since the material is black, the printed color can look transparent. The first print of white color has to be printed three times, because the red printing pad has the best deposit effect, which will make the coloring more uniform and clearer, and make the product stand out
