Fully Automatic 36-Color Pad Printing Machine for Table Tennis-FC-1636-BRC-FGM

FC-1636-BRC-FGM Fully Automatic 36-Color Pad Printing Machine for Table Tennis

Automatic printing systems can be customized for various types of balls such as table tennis, lottery balls, etc.

Printing process

Start printing the first side:

The feeding arm picks up 2 pieces of table tennis to the clipping jig. -> The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 1st 4-color pad printer. -> Print the 1st color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 2nd color.

-> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 3rd color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 4th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 2nd 4-color pad printer. ->

Print the 5th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 6th color. (The first side has been printed completely.) -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> The rear servo motor activates to rotate the table tennis 90 degrees. ->

Start printing the second side:

Print the 7th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 8th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 3rd 4-color pad printer. -> Print the 9th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 10th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. ->

Print the 11th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 12th color. (The second side has been printed completely.) -> The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 4th 4-color pad printer. -> The rear servo motor activates to rotate the table tennis 90 degrees. ->

Start printing the third side:

Print the 13th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 14th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 15th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. ->

Print the 16th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 5th 4-color pad printer. ->

Print the 17th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 18th color. (The third side has been printed completely.) -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> The rear servo motor activates to rotate the table tennis 90 degrees. ->

Start printing page 4:

Print the 19th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 20th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 6th 4-color pad printer. ->

Print the 21st color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 22nd color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. ->

Print the 23rd color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 24th color. (The forth side has been printed completely.) -> The linear conveyor moves to the right and then, through the servo conveyor, moves to the opposite position. ->

UV curing phase 1 begins:

The linear conveyor moves to the position under the 1st UV device -> Perform the exposure for the first side printing (approximately 1.5 seconds). -> The servo motor rotates the table tennis 90 degrees.

The linear conveyor moves to the position under the 2nd UV device -> Perform the exposure for the second side printing (approximately 1.5 seconds). -> The servo motor rotates the table tennis 90 degrees.

The linear conveyor moves to the position under the 3rd UV device -> Perform the exposure for the third side printing (approximately 1.5 seconds). -> The servo motor rotates the table tennis 90 degrees.

The linear conveyor moves to the position under the 4th UV device -> Perform the exposure for the forth side printing (approximately 1.5 seconds).

North and South pole reversal:

The linear conveyor moves to the longitude turning station. -> The table tennis is performed north-south turning. ->

Start printing the fifth side:

The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 7th 4-color pad printer. -> Print the 25th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 26th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 27th color.

-> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 28th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 8th 4-color pad printer. -> Print the 29th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. ->  Print the 30th color. (The fifth side has been printed completely.)

-> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> The servo motor rotates the table tennis 90 degrees. ->

Start printing page 6:

Print the 31st color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 32nd color -> The linear conveyor moves to the position under the printing pad of 9th 4-color pad printer. -> Print the 33rd color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 34th color.

-> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 35th color. -> The linear conveyor moves to next position. -> Print the 36th color.

UV curing phase 2 begins:

The linear conveyor moves to the position under the 5th UV device -> Perform the exposure for the fifth side printing (approximately 1.5 seconds). -> The servo motor rotates the table tennis 90 degrees.

The linear conveyor moves to the position under the 6th UV device -> Perform the exposure for the sixth side printing (approximately 1.5 seconds).

Discharge action:

The linear conveyor moves to the discharging mechanism -> The discharging arm picks up 2 pieces of table tennis from the clipping jig.

The discharging arm moves the table tennis to the conveyor belt -> The conveyor belt moves 2 pcs of table tennis at a time -> 2 pcs table tennis are unloaded to the discharge outlet.

(The discharge outlet is divided into left and right ends. When the number of table tennis at the right end reaches the set quantity, the discharge outlet automatically switches to the left end. If the quantities at both ends are reached, there will have an alarm to notify the operational personnel.)
