Large L-shaped object printing is suitable for detachable platform. After the platform is removed and the jig is installed, the object height can reach up to 135 cm.

• The platform of the screen printing machine can accommodate the object up to maximum height of 100 cm.

• 【Detachable platform is suitable for L-shaped large object printing】:

  • For high object printing, even if the T-type platform is lowered to its lowest position, the height of the screen stencil remains relatively high when the jig and object are directly mounted on the platform. This can make it more challenging for the printing operator to 【perform setup and alignment】. Therefore, a 【detachable T-type platform】 is designed. The jig can be securely attached to the original position of the T-type platform, allowing the shorter side of the object to be printed to put on the jig. This enables the printing surface and the screen stencil to be adjusted to a height that is easier for the operator to work with, 【reducing the difficulties during printing】.

• The screen printer adopts precise guiderails that provide stable support for the squeegee set, ensuring that the entire ink scraping process is controlled within a fine tolerance.

• The rear baseplate of the screen printer is made of extruded aluminum alloy, achieving a lightweight design with high precision. This allows for smooth and easy vertical movement.

• The sliding sleeves are extruded that the weight is reduced and the operation is fast, stable, and quiet.

• The lateral displacement of the screen frame clamps is  through the linear guideway as well, providing smoother movement compared to the previous T-shaped track movement and precision is higher.
