• General screen printing machines adopts hydraulic buffer cylinders traditionally.

  • To increase printing speed, with full air pressure and without adjusting the buffering, there will be a loud impact sounds and slight shaking.

• When using the screen printing machine with pneumatic brake, even the air pressure is fully opened, there are no impact sounds, ensuring stable and quiet operation.

【Upgrade: The screen stencil rising is adopted digital setting.】

• The hydraulic shock absorber is used traditionally that the maintenance and replacement is needed.

  • With pneumatic brake, a hydraulic shock absorber is not needed, saving money~ and eliminating the need for manual height adjustments by hand.

• Latest feature: Digital setting for screen stencil rising

  • The screen stencil rise and stop position is set through digital parameters.

  • If set to 1, the screen stencil rising height is approximately 60mm. Changing the parameters in increments of 5, the screen stencil rising height will increase by approximately 10~15mm. If to set the parameter value larger, for example, to 30,  then the rising height will rise higher. Easily set your desired screen stencil rising height through numerical values.

• Pneumatic squeegee assembly up and down linearly. Precise and fast, making screen stencil cleaning easier.

• Precise guiderails provides stable support for the squeegee assembly that the entire ink scraping process is more precise.
