- With PLC, the functions are easy to add or modify.
Provide vacuum suction of low negative pressure and full negative pressure, which is convenient for feeding objects. After positioning, full negative pressure is suctioned. After pressure is released, the object is easy to take out.
With memory monitoring and batch function, the machine will do printing only when the objects are available, which means no empty printing and no need to put the objects on each station.
3 pad printers can print separately, which is easy to switch printing single-color, two-color and three-color.
Pad printing machine adopts precise indexing table with 16 stations.
- The indexing table is integrated by cast aluminum (lightweight + reinforced ribs) that the inertial effect is reduced during rotating and positioning. Then a more accurate printing position will be achieved.
Positioning accuracy detection
- The position accuracy of each station is controlled within +/- 0.025mm.
Anti-static air blowing + air suction for dust removal ensures the cleanliness of each lens during the production process.
Each pad printer is equipped with hot air device for quick drying.
2 sets of Z-axis stroke adjustment mechanism for each pad printer. (The sensor will follow to move accordingly during fine tuning.) Adopt precise screw rod for minute adjustment of printing posistion accurately.
The reinforced stacking design of the cliche base makes the base structure more stable and makes the pressing down action of printing pad more accurate.
【Emergency stop button】 and 【convenient operation button】 are set next to each pad printer, which can be used for single station printing, printing pad test printing, front and rear testing, and ink cup raising. The single machine operation is convenient.
