• 2-color pad printing machine with thermostat system can control the temperature of each cliché separately. By raising the ink temperature, the complete ink deposit can be done and the printing conditions and quality are not affected by external ambient temperature. The thermostat system can solve incomplete ink-deposit, unstable quality of printing, etc.

• Turning on the thermostat system can reduce the ink viscosity and solve the printing ink picks issue that happens often.

• The most pad printing cliché depth is set at 0.025mm. With the thermostat system, the cliché depth can be adjusted to 0.035mm. Raising the ink temperature during printing can increase the volatilization speed to achieve the complete ink deposit of pad printing and【greatly improve the ink opacity】.  So, the printing layer that could not be achieved by pad printing in the past can be reached.

• The advantage of the 2-color machine with type sliding table is only 【installing one fixture】 to print two colors. The printing speed is adjustable. The printing process is fast and stable.

• Using pressure-regulating ink scraping (Patent No. M311585), the ink scraping pressure of the ink cup can be easily adjusted.

• Double adjustable steel plate base can be adjusted at free angles of the front, rear, left and right.

• The pad printer is equipped with a 7" 65536 color TFT touchscreen. And built-in 5 languages, Traditional Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Thai.

• The usage times of rubber-head and cliché can be set. Once the set value is reached, the machine automatically stops and alerts.
