Two Color Ink Cup Pad Printing Machine with Running Cliché, Sliding Table

• This pad printer features a sliding table with a travel distance of 200mm, allowing for the printing of longer objects.

  • Synchronously or independently controlled of left and right printing pads can be chosen.

• With 【dual pneumatic cylinders】, the 【press-down depth of the left and right pads】 and the 【printing action】 can be controlled independently. This ensures that when printing longer objects, the printing pads work separately, preventing the object from staining with another color of ink. 

• The pad printing machine is equipped with dual-seat adjustable cliche base that the front, rear, left and right angles can be adjusted. 

• The pad cleaning mechanism ensures a clean and neat removal of residual ink on the printing pad.

  • Can be set to remove residue ink (clean pad) after a specific number of prints and the cleaning times can be set as well.

• Special body design with extended press-down cylinder allows for a greater lowering adjustment of jig than standard machines that the taller objects can be printed.

•   Adopt PLC for easy addition or modification of functions.

• With pressure-regulating ink scraping system (patent no. M311585), the scraping pressure of the ink cup can be adjusted easily.

• With energy-saving light bulb for auxiliary illumination.

• The pad printing machine's ink cup pressure is adjustable.

• The pad printer adopt 7.0" color TFT touch screen, built-in 5 languages, Traditional Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Thai.

• With I/O (input/output), each sensor location is shown in whole area of the machine.

  • With abnormal alarm display, it is convenient for production line personnel to eliminate abnormalities quickly.

  • With electronic air pressure sensing, the device will notice automatically for insufficient air pressure.

  • Fault detection and shown on the screen.

  • The printing pad usage count and cliché usage count can be set. When the set value is reached, the device will stop and notice automatically.

• The pad printer is built-in smart bar chart that the productivity, operation time, production speed, etc in the past 30 days can be shown.

• With WiFi function, wherever you are, you can view the productivity report by downloading the FineCause APP to synchronize with the internal data of the machine.
