• Automatic suction device (suction the object tightly without displacement).

  • The special suction device is "suctioning while rotating", which is different from the general one! In other words the device will automatically suction the object after it is put on and  the whole process will "keep the suction when rotating" until the end of the dischage. And the suction will restart automatically when the new object is put on.

• Biaxial servo 

  • The movement of up, down, left, and right are driven by servo motor and equipped with linear slide rails and ball screw rods.

  • The squeegee pressure can be adjusted and a exquisite pressure gauge is provided. Adopt the pneumatic squeegee base set to up and down linearly.

• Magnetic squeegee clip.

  • Magneti squeegee clip (Patent M390871) that the squeegee position can be slided easily and is simple to adjust and disassemble.

• Human machine interface setting.

  • The printing action time can be set from printing parameter setting.

  • Recipe page setting - With printing parameter setting and multiple recipe storage functions.

  • On/off/auto start mode of the diverter valve and vacuum pump can be set from the panel.
